What this website does not do

  • No tracking cookies, no advertising pixels, no user profiling.
  • No Google Fonts, Google Maps, YouTube or other third-party embeds; all fonts and assets are served from our own domain, so no data is sent to third parties when you browse.
  • No cookie banner, because no consent-requiring cookies are set.

Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When you visit this website, the hosting provider automatically records access data in server log files for administrative purposes, in particular to detect and defend against cyberattacks: date and time of the request, the client’s operating system and browser, the requested URL, the visitor’s IP address and the referrer URL (the page from which our website was accessed). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and reliable operation of the website). We have no access to these logs; they are deleted by the hosting provider after 7 days at the latest. Processing by the hosting provider takes place on the basis of a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

Contact form and email

If you use the contact form, we process the data you enter (name, email address, company, topic, message) solely to handle your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, pre-contractual measures, and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, your consent). Form submissions are processed by a script on our own web server and delivered to us by email; no third-party form service is used. Enquiries are stored for as long as needed to process them and to comply with statutory retention obligations.

Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR), and you may withdraw consent at any time. Please contact office@simvantage.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna).
